Define Beauty

Today’s topic is to define beauty.  In the Merriam Webster beauty is define as the quality of being physically attractive or the qualities in a person or a thing that give pleasure to the senses or the mind. “A beautiful woman” something that pleases the person through anything. So time to type six hundred words talking about the definition of beauty.

There are so many types or beauty there is beauty in materialistic things, beauty in people, or beauty in anything you want. If it comes to a person beauty can be defined through personality or looks. Markus Zusak who quoted “Sometimes people are beautiful. Not in looks. Not in what they say. Just in what they are.” Meaning that someone is has beauty just by being who they are. To me beauty is something that appeals to your eyes. Charming, delightful, eye-catching, alluring, elegant, splendid, flawless, perfect, radiant, lovely, pretty, ravishing and other words I can’t think of anymore haha

I don’t think beauty can be agreed on ever often since beauty is what appeals to you. if it appeals to everyone that’s good but it normally isn’t the case. You might find a person beautiful or flowers that you think are beautiful but someone else, maybe your friend wouldn’t feel the same way about it. So beauty is really depends on what you think is beautiful. It really does depend on your view is.

Beauty in a person can be my personality where you enjoy talking to them, and that you are delighted to know more of the person. Like their personality is joyful, sweet, nice, caring, and all those other things and some people would think that’s what makes a person beautiful. Others on the other hand would think that looks are what makes a person beautiful. I’m not sure if this should qualify since a person’s definition on looks can be very different to someone else.  

Other than people another type of beauty is through objects or surroundings. Some might think that outdoors, such as the mountains or the park or the forest is beautiful. There are those who find that beauty can be found just by staying at home and relaxing. Some people can find beauty through materials or objects like a guy can be calling his skateboard as a beauty since he got attached to it or a girl with a dress because she found it eye-catching.

To me beauty is defined as what you think is appealing.
